Welcome to Tactical Traders, aservice provided by Tactical Traders, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company,dba The Exit Plan (“we,” “us,” or the “Company”), located at 8175 EEvans Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. These Terms of Service apply to your use of ourwebsite: tacticaltraders.net (the “Site”).
We provide general stock markettrading education, including paid courses and high-ticket coaching services.
Please read these Termscarefully — including the binding arbitration provision below — before usingany of our services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to bebound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Company Disclaimer (together,the “Agreement”). If you do not agree with any part of the Agreement, please donot use the Services.
You confirm that by using theServices, you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into acontract.
NO FINANCIAL ADVICE: TacticalTraders, LLC is an educational company. We are not Registered InvestmentAdvisors. Our Services do not include specific trading recommendations orfinancial advice. All trade examples are for illustrative purposes only.
RISK DISCLOSURE: Tradinginvolves significant risk. Past performance is not indicative of futureresults. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
The Tactical Traders program(the “Program”) is a six (6) month educational program priced at $5,000 USD.Upon enrollment and payment in full, you will receive access to the followingdeliverables for the duration of your Program term:
• Live Trading Sessions: Access to daily livetrading sessions within the community, held Monday through Friday. Livesessions may be canceled or rescheduled at the sole discretion of the leadtrader(s) on market holidays, high-impact news days, or designated days off.
• A–Z Trading Course Curriculum: Full access to acomprehensive, self-paced trading course designed by Justin, coveringfoundational through advanced trading strategies, technical analysis, andmarket mechanics.
• Trading Psychology Course: Full access to adedicated psychology course curriculum focused on trader mindset, emotionaldiscipline, risk management psychology, and performance optimization.
• Charting Sessions and Coaching Calls: Access toscheduled charting sessions and coaching calls held throughout the week. Thefrequency, timing, and format of these sessions are subject to change at theCompany’s discretion.
• Private Discord Community: Access to theTactical Traders private Discord server, where members can engage with othertraders, participate in discussions, and receive community support throughoutthe Program term.
PROGRAM TERM: Access toall Program deliverables begins on the date of purchase and continues for six(6) months. Upon expiration of the Program term, access to live sessions,course materials, coaching calls, and the Discord community may be revokedunless a renewal or extension is purchased.
MODIFICATIONS: TheCompany reserves the right to modify, update, or adjust the Program content,schedule, delivery format, or platform at any time without prior notice. Suchmodifications do not entitle you to a refund.
To access certain services, youmay need to submit personal details. By doing so, you confirm all informationis legal, current, accurate, and complete. Please refer to our Privacy Policyto learn how we handle your data.
You agree to use the Servicesonly for their intended purposes.
SINGLE-USER LICENSE: Yourpurchase grants a single-user license. You may not sell, lease, sublicense,share login credentials, or repurpose the Services for any third party.
PROHIBITED CONDUCT: Youshall not: harm, disable, or interfere with the platform; spread malware orharmful code; hack or gain unauthorized access; or scrape, reverse engineer, orcopy the Services.
All content on the Site,including videos, strategies, and materials, is proprietary and owned by theCompany. You may not copy, publish, modify, or distribute our content or createderivative works. All feedback you provide becomes the sole property of theCompany.
Purchases are processed viathird-party providers. Their terms apply.
14-DAY CONDITIONAL GUARANTEE:We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. To qualify for a refund, you mustdemonstrate “Full Effort” by completing the following within 14 days ofpurchase:
• Completion of 100% of the introductory course modules.
• Submission of at least one (1) completed tradingjournal or homework assignment to our support team.
• Attendance or viewing of at least one (1) live coachingsession or recorded Q&A.
REFUND PROCESS: Requestsmust be sent to justin@tacticaltraders.net within 14 days of purchase. Requestslacking the “Full Effort” documentation will be denied.
CHARGEBACKS: You agreeto contact the Company before filing a dispute with your bank. Unauthorizedchargebacks will result in immediate termination of access.
These Terms remain in effectuntil terminated. We may terminate your access at any time, for any reason,including suspected breach of the “Full Effort” refund policy or IP sharing.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTEDBY LAW, TACTICAL TRADERS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT,INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR TRADING LOSSES,RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND“AS AVAILABLE.”
You agree to defend and holdthe Company harmless from any legal issues resulting from your use of theServices, your trading losses, or your violation of these Terms.
You affirm that you are not ina sanctioned country or on any U.S. government restricted persons list. Ifaccessing from outside the U.S., you are responsible for local law compliance.
GOVERNING LAW: ThisAgreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard toconflict of law principles.
ARBITRATION: Anyunresolved dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration under the AmericanArbitration Association (AAA) in Maricopa County, Arizona.
WAIVER: You waive yourright to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
We are not liable for delays orfailures due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters,government actions, or internet failures.
These Terms, along with anyspecific Client Services Agreement signed for high-ticket coaching, form thefull agreement between you and the Company.
